In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
Degree from a recognized university.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience in managing the delivery of health or correctional services.

Experience in the provision of operational and policy advice to Senior Executives.

Experience in engaging diverse health care or criminal justice stakeholders for the achievement of tangible results.

*Significant experience in managing **human and ***financial resources.

*In the context of this opportunity, significant experience in the management of human and financial resources is defined by having delegated authority of human and financial resources for two (2) complete fiscal years in the past four (4) years.

**Managing human resources includes supervision of staff; establishing vision, priorities, work plans or performance objectives; conducting performance assessments and feedback; approving training; managing various service delivery and resource allocation frameworks, etc. Applicants must also indicate the number of staff they have supervised.

***Managing financial resources includes: full delegation and being responsible for financial planning, budget allocation, resource management, forecasting and reporting. Applicants must indicate the size of the budget they managed directly.
