EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.

Experience in the use of various software programs such as : Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EXPERIENCE
Experience in record management as such as classifying and indexing records, file maintenance and file disposition.

Experience in providing administrative support services to senior management.

Experience in event planning and agenda coordination.

Experience in researching, extracting and compiling information from various sources.

Experience in business travel support services such as making travel arrangements, preparing itineraries and processing travel claims.

Experience in data entry and the preparation of correspondence and reports.

Experience in accounting or finance.

Experience providing administrative support services in the area of goods and services procurements.

Experience in editing and proofreading documents.

Experience working with MyGCHR.

Experience working with SAP.

Experience using the HRG Shared Travel Services portal.

Experience with CCM Enterprise.
