EDUCATION :
A secondary school diploma, or acceptable combination of education, training and experience
EXPERIENCE :
Experience participating in the coordination, planning and implementation of Information Management (IM) projects.
Experience participating in the assessment and analysis of Information Management effectiveness.
Experience reviewing and initiating end user requests to applications and systems.
Experience working in partnership with IT Stakeholders or IT specialists.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCES :
- Experience participating actively in Working Groups relating to Information Management.
- Experience managing IT Hardware/Software such as, but not limited to: USB Keys, Blackberry, cellular and software.
- Experience using and working with GCDOCS.
- Experience in managing Information Management projects
- Experience delivering GCDOCS training
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
Information on language requirements
KNOWLEDGE :
- Knowledge of principle, techniques and processes of IM.
- Knowledge of the Government Security Policy relating to IM.
- Knowledge of the Library and Archives retention periods.
ABILITIES :
