Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures, various language requirements, and/or various security clearance levels.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience*.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
EX1. Experience providing service to clients by telephone and in writing.
EX2. Experience providing clerical support services in an office environment.
EX3. Experience using a Windows operating system.
EX4. Experience using Microsoft Office.
EX5. Experience providing record management services such as classifying, indexing, cross-referencing, filing, retrieving, retention, or disposing.
EX6. Experience in maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.

AQ5. Experience in the administration and maintenance of information in an Access to Information and Privacy case management system (i.e. Privasoft’s AccessPro Case Management (APCM) .
AQ6. Experience using GCdocs.
AQ7. Experience working in an Information or Records Management unit.
