EDUCATION
Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics
OR
Possession of the Government of Canada Financial Management Certificate.
EXPERIENCE
Significant experience* in at least one of the following:
• Cost management
• Financial forecasting
• Accounting
• Financial analysis, advice and recommendation
* "Significant experience" is defined as being one in which the person's primary responsibilities include these duties and refers to the breadth and depth as well as complexity of tasks that could be expected to have been obtained by carrying out the functions for a cumulative period of twelve (12) months.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with a specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce, economics or other related field.
Professional Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, RIA/CMA, or CGA).
Experience in costing or cost recovery.
Experience in SAP (Financial modules).
