Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to establish a pool of pre-qualified candidates that will be used to staff identical or similar positions within Shared Services Canada and the Government of Canada with various linguistic profiles, various security profiles and various tenures.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION:
• Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE:
• Experience providing general administrative support and basic clerical functions in an office environment
• Experience in entering data using different software
• Experience in reviewing, analyzing and extracting information from files

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSETS/EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in making travel arrangements and preparing travel claims
• Experience in coordinating Access to Information and Privacy requests
• Experience providing administrative services to a Director
• Experience performing general clerical duties in an office environment such as file set-up and maintenance, photocopying, form completion, use of an e-mail, maintenance of supplies stock, and other basic clerical functions in a secured environment.
