The immediate need is to staff one indeterminate position.
A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff identical or similar positions within Agents of Parliament with various tenures, various security clearance levels and/or various linguistic profiles.

Your résumé.
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
At the manager’s discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience may serve as an alternative to the minimum post-secondary education stated above.
EXPERIENCE
E1: Experience configuring and maintaining computer equipment and software in a Windows-based network environment.
E2: Experience troubleshooting computer equipment and software in a Windows-based network environment.
E3: Experience providing technical support in the development, integration, implementation or maintenance of IT infrastructure components such as Local Area Network, Municipal Area Network and Wide Area Network (LAN/MAN/WAN), workstations and servers.
E4: Experience providing support for an electronic document management system such as RDIMS, GCDocs and eDOCS.
AEDU1: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in a field related to the job.
AEDU2: ITIL certification.
AEX1: Recent* experience using Microsoft Active Directory.
AEX2: Recent* experience using a call tracking software.
AEX3: Recent* experience configuring smartphones.
AEX4: Recent* experience using inventory and asset management software.
AEX5: Recent* experience using Microsoft Exchange.
AEX6: Experience configuring and maintaining computer equipment and software in a Linux-based network environment.
Definition:* Recent experience is defined as experience acquired within the last three (3) years.
