Education:

Experience:
At least 6 months experience providing administrative support services in at least three of the following:
•Scheduling and maintaining calendars;
•Planning, organizing and coordinating meetings, events or conferences
•Preparing documents;
•Making travel arrangements or processing travel claims;
•Ordering supplies
•Creating and maintaining files
•Providing human resources support activities
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Experience in coordinating ATIP (Access to Information and Privacy) requests and files
Operational Requirements:
Be willing and able to work overtime on short notice
Reliability Status security clearance

It is the candidates’ responsibility to make sure that they have access to a computer and other pertinent equipment in order to complete the video interview, as well as compatible software or applications that enables the use and recording of the video function. Please note that the employees from National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces will need to use an email address other that their work email address for this evaluation for access reasons with epost Connect.
Candidates will receive a consent form for which they will need to agree to. The consent will allow the use of the video to be used as an assessment tool for this recruitment process .
