The Public Service Pay Centre is currently looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to fill various Compensation Assistant positions.

The intent is to fill an immediate need for temporary (term) positions at the Public Service Pay Centre within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
The immediate need is for a total of approximately 100 positions located in various locations beginning in August 2018. Please note the anticipated start dates may be different depending on the location.
Should there be a need, a pool of candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar Term positions in Charlottetown, PEI; Winnipeg, MB; Miramichi, NB; Moncton, NB; or Shediac, NB within PSPC.

EDUCATION:
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
* An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is defined as the successful completion of 2 years of secondary school and a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or clerical services related to the duties of the position to be filled.

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in providing administrative services

- The normal workday is 7.5 hours and the normal workweek is 37.5 hours. Please note that the hours of operation within the Public Service Pay Centre are from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm Atlantic Time. Management reserves the right to schedule employee hours of work within these operating hours.
