Intent of the process

Immediate needs are for Term positions until March 31, 2020.

A pool of fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar or identical positions within Elections Canada with various tenures (indeterminate, specified periods) and with various linguistic profiles such as BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC,CCC/CCC.

Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives

Degree equivalency

Experience in planning, developing and implementing project or program

Experience engaging with partners or stakeholders

Experience in drafting briefing materials or reports or presentations

Experience in providing services to clients

The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)

Various language requirements
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB) and various bilinguals profile such as CBC/CBC CCC/CCC.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance

Consent to observe strict political impartiality and neutrality for the duration of employment.
Availability and willingness to work overtime often on short notice.
