A pool of fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar or identical positions within Elections Canada with various tenures (indeterminate, specified periods) and with various bilinguals linguistic profiles such as: CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC.

Significant experience in the design, implementation and management of a mission critical project for an organisation
Significant experience in the coordination of a high volume of transactions with the public
Significant experience in coordinating responses to time sensitive issues
Significant experience in providing verbal and written advice to senior management
Significant experience supervising employees
“Significant experience” means rich and diversified experience usually acquired in carrying out a wide range of complex and varied tasks and equivalent to at least two (2) years over the last (5) years

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working for an election management body
Experience managing a call center
Experience managing a program at the national level
Experience managing logistics and operational support
Reliability Status security clearance
Consent to observe strict political impartiality and neutrality for the duration of employment.
Availability and willingness to work overtime often on short notice.
