A pool of pre-qualified or fully qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenure, various bilingual linguistic profiles (no unilingual position will be staffed through this process) and various security requirements within the Courts Administration Service.

At minimum a successful completion of secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Recent* experience providing Human Resources administrative support services in a client-oriented work environment.
*Recent experience is defined as experience acquired within the last 12 months.
Experience working with Microsoft Suites.
Ability to plan and organize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working as a Human Resources Assistant.
Experience extracting, manipulating and cleansing data from a human resources management system.
Experience in entering information in a Human Resources Management System such as Peoplesoft.
Experience working in learning or Performance Management team.
Experience providing support to users of HR Systems.
Experience working with the Central Online Reporting System (CORS).
Experience working with the Executive Talent Management System (ETMS).
Experience in providing administrative support services in compensation.
