Intent of the process

This process is an inventory of candidates to staff various temporary positions in Matane (Quebec).

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in at least two of the three following experiences:
-Experience with the use of word processing software, such as Microsoft Word.

-Experience using a spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel.

-Experience using an email system, such as Microsoft Outlook.

EDUCATION
Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.

QUALIFICATION - EXPERIENCE
Significant experience (approximately 1 year) in accounting or in a financial field.
Experience in document imaging service.
Significant experience (approximately 1 year) in handling boxes, materials and equipment services in a safely manner.
Experience working in a production workplace.
Experience in providing client service.

* Note: The ability to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions will be assessed using the General Competency Test Level 1 (GCT1-207). The pass mark is 18/50. Various cut-off scores will be used based on the position to be filled.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The incumbent may be required to do overtime with short notice.
