This organization is located at the Defence Campus located at Carling Avenue/Moodie Drive. The Defence Campus consolidates the majority of Defence Team members within the National Capital Region (NCR) in one inter-connected, state-of-the-art facility in the city’s west end.

This process will be used to staff the above-mentioned positions located at DND Carling Campus on Moodie Drive. A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be established from this process and may be used to staff similar positions where tenure, language requirements and security requirements may vary according to the position to be staffed.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in using MS Word and MS Excel.
Experience in providing administrative or clerical support services.*
*Administrative or clerical support is defined, but not limited to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies and maintaining a filing system and making travel arrangements.
ASSET EXPERIENCE:
Experience in coordinating meetings, conference calls, videoconferences, information sessions, events or other activities.
Experience in coordinating and supporting the activities of a team.
Experience in preparing documentation in support of procurement or contracting activities.
Experience in preparing documentation in support of Human Resources activities.
Various language requirements

In assessing candidates, assessment boards may use a variety of tools and methods including, but not limited to, reviews of past performance and accomplishments, written tests, interviews, PSC tests and reference checks. In addition, all information obtained throughout the selection process, from the time of application to close of process, may be used to evaluate the candidates.
