The majority of positions being staffed through this process will be on the evening shift and will be temporary.
This office is a production center with high volumes with constant change. There is a constant focus on individual and team productivity in this office. Employees and workers will be expected to meet daily or weekly production targets, after completing a specified period of training and meeting graduated targets. There are qualitative and quantitative work objectives that all employees and workers are expected to meet. Strong computer skills are necessary as a large part of the work is done in an electronic environment.
This process will be used to establish a pool of partially or fully qualified candidates, which may be used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various work shifts, various linguistic profiles, various security profiles, various tenures using various staffing mechanisms.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE:
• Recent* experience creating, verifying, or updating information in the Global Case Management System (GCMS).
• Experience working in a Case Processing Centre at IRCC.
• Experience providing administrative services or support services related to IRCC programs or services.
• Recent* experience working within a production based office environment (high volume intake and output as well as established production targets).
• Six (6) months continuous experience providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, preparing documents or records management.
*“Recent” is defined as experience normally acquired within the last three (3) years.
