Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff four (4) positions located in:
- Vancouver (British Columbia), English Essential
- Moncton (New Brunswick), Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
- Ottawa (Ontario), Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
- Sarnia (Ontario), English Essential

However, a pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process and may be used to staff identical or similar positions with various language requirements and various security requirements within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada. These positions may be staffed on an indeterminate or temporary basis (term, acting, assignment, secondment).

EDUCATION
EDU - A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Recent experience* in using a Records, Document and Information Management System (RDIMS).
EX2 - Experience in the preparation and delivery of training to groups.
EX3 - Experience in analyzing and interpreting data and providing recommendations related to information management.
EX4 - Experience in providing front line support to the end-user of an electronic information management system.

*Recent experience is defined as experience that would have been obtained within the past five (5) years.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EDUCATION
AEDU - Post-secondary diploma in information management, documentation, archival or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience in the field of information management.

EXPERIENCE
AEX1 - Experience in designing, developing or implementing file classification systems/structures for paper and/or electronic information.
AEX2 - Experience of Records, Document and Information Management System (RDIMS) implementation or deployment.

- One (1) English Essential position located in Sarnia, Ontario.
