Intent of the process

The qualified pool created maybe used to staff similar positions in the National Capital Region with various tenures, security requirements and the following language requirements/linguistic profiles: bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, bilingual imperative CBC/CBC and bilingual imperative CCC/CCC.

Essential:

Education

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience

Experience providing administrative support.*
*Administrative support includes:
a) managing schedules;
b) organizing meetings or teleconferences;
c) preparing and assembling meeting files and background material;
d) maintaining a document filing system (electronic and hard copy).

Experience maintaining a bring forward system for a team or section.

Significant** experience working with Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel.
**Significant means a minimum of two years.
