Manage the tracking of departmental briefings and reports.
Prepare and/or coordinate incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Provide guidance and support to the Atlantic Regional Office related to event planning, training and travel.
Provide support on regional staffing processes.
Plan and manage activities related to financial, travel and training coordination.
Provide guidance on the financial administration of the Atlantic Regional Office.
Provide accurate reporting, analysis, forecasting and other various financial services to the management team of the Atlantic Regional Office.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Experience organizing, planning, and delivering a full range of administrative support services*.
*Administrative support services could include, but not limited to: planning and/or coordinating meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences; preparing and/or coordinating incoming/outgoing correspondence; preparing minutes of meetings and summaries of action items; maintaining electronic or hard copy records; and/or filing, processing mail, editing and verifying correspondence or reports.
Experience providing financial support services (such as: payment of invoices, tracking expenditures or account reconciliation).
Experience using computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software programs.
Experience providing guidance to internal and/or external clients for administrative processes.
Experience planning and managing activities related to financial, travel and/or training coordination.
Experience making travel arrangements (including flights, hotel accommodations and vehicle rentals) and preparing travel claims using the Government of Canada processes and systems.
Experience using a financial management system (such as: SAP).
