The Southern Crop Protection and Food Research Centre in London, Ontario is one of a network of 19 national agricultural research centres operated by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. The research site conducts research in the areas of air, water and soil, development of sustainable and profitable crop production systems for field crops and integrated pest management in the heart of one of the most intensive, diverse and productive agri-food regions in Canada.

Currently enrolled or eligible to enroll in a Master’s or PhD program in a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in microbiology and DNA sequencing analysis
Experience in microbiology
Experience in fungal genetics
Experience in bacteriology
Experience in bioformatics
Experience with DNA sequencing and analysis
English essential
Information on language requirements
Knowledge of molecular biology and microbiology.
