You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Some essential and other qualifications will be assessed through your application. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate examples that illustrate how you meet each qualification. Education:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Both Streams:
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer programs.
Stream 1 (AS-01) :
• Experience managing a manager’s calendar and schedule
• Experience providing clerical or administrative support services (e.g. purchasing offices supplies, receiving goods, entering data, managing correspondence, archiving documents, etc.).
Stream 2 (PM-01) :
• Experience coordinating with staff across regions, sectors, or programs.
• Experience in following and applying standard operating procedures in an operational work environment
• Experience in handing sensitive and confidential information
Asset Education:
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary program in a related field.
Asset Experience:
Experience using SAP or other financial systems, including monitoring and tracking financial information
Experience supporting the implementation of reporting requirements and processes.
Experience setting up contracts through procurement
Experience working with contractors
Experience in web development
Experience in client and stakeholder relations and interaction
Experience making travel arrangements and preparing travel claims
Various language requirements
