This process will be used to staff an indeterminate position and a pool may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures within PSPC.
The Real Property Professional Development and Apprenticeship Program allows participants to progressively move from the AS-03 to the AS-05 group and level. Successful completion of the Real Property Professional development and apprenticeship program will lead to an indeterminate appointment at the AS-05 group and level.

Education:
University degree from a recognized university with specialization in business administration, concentration in real estate or any other field related to the work to be performed (proof of successful completion of university education by June 30 of the current year)
Experience:
Basic experience in the provision of leasing services OR management of accommodation OR acquisition and disposal OR building management under the direction of a senior level officer.

• Certified Leasing Officer (CLO)
• Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA)
• BOMA Facilities Management Administrator (FMA)
• IFMA Certified Facilities Manager (CFM)
• Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI)
• Licensed or Affiliated Real Estate Agent
