EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
*Recent and significant experience in providing advice and recommendations to an organization’s senior executives on complex program or policy issues

*Recent and significant experience in managing the development and implementation of national policies and international strategies

*Recent and significant experience in negotiating bilateral or multilateral agreements with senior executives from other levels of government or the private sector

*Significant and recent experience in managing human and financial resources

*Significant and recent is defined as the depth, breadth and diversity of experience normally acquired through performing a broad range of various, complex activities, at the executive level, over a period of approximately three (3) years within the last five (5) years.

Experience acting as the official representative of your organization on interdepartmental, national or international committees

Experience in heading the organization of major events nationally and internationally

**Significant experience in leading the management of grants and contributions programs

**Significant is defined as the depth, breadth and diversity of experience normally acquired through performing a broad range of various, complex activities, at the executive level, over a period of approximately three (3) years.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Willingness to travel on a regular basis within Canada and abroad

Willingness to work after hours and on week-ends
