This is an anticipatory staffing process being done to create a pool of qualified candidates. This pool of qualified candidates may be used to staff similar positions with similar requirements.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. - Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in a field relevant to the position, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
- At least approximately 2 years’ experience in delivering training and/or outreach activities with an emphasis on the general public
- Experience in developing communication materials
- Experience in conducting or participating in research and/or initiatives related to public involvement best practices or strategies
- Experience working in collaboration with non-governmental organisations, industry representatives and/or other groups of interest
- Experience working with stakeholder groups (e.g. governments, territories, and Indigenous groups) north of 60

Reliability Status security clearance
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

- Small amounts of lifting and carrying presentation materials including but not limited to backdrops, posters, and brochures.
