Provision of procurement and contracting services for a diverse range of low to medium dollar value and medium complexity (risk) goods and services and minor construction required by the RCMP.

The intent of this process is to fill indeterminate PG-02/COM-02 vacancies in London, Ontario. A pool may be established from this selection process and may be used to fill the same or similar positions at the PG-02/COM-02 group and level in London, Ontario on an indeterminate or term basis.

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
General knowledge of the Federal Government Procurement (for example: policies, guidelines, relevant trade agreements, regulations and practices)

Graduation with a diploma from a recognized technical institute or college in a field related to the procurement such as supply management, business administration, finance, etc.
Occupational or Professional Certification, such as but not limited to: Certified Federal Specialist in Procurement (CFSP), Certified Professional Purchaser (CPP), Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or completion of the required training for federal procurement functional specialists.
Experience reviewing procurement and/or contract documentation including statement of work/requirements (SOW or SOR) evaluation criteria and using selection methodology.
Experience using an enterprise resources planning system such as SAP (Systems Applications and Products).
Secret security clearance
Willingness and ability to work overtime on occasion.
Willingness and ability to travel on occasion.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
