Intent of the process

Anticipatory staffing. Applicants should be aware that a pool of qualified or partially assessed candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level with various security requirements, various linguistic requirements (English Essential, French Essential, Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC or Bilingual imperative CCC/CCC), various conditions of employment, as well as various tenures(acting, assignment/secondment, deployment, term and/or indeterminate) within Health Canada and Indigenous Services Canada in the
National Capital Region.

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience using 3 software or database operating systems, including Word, email management systems (e.g., Lotus, Outlook, etc.), Excel, PowerPoint or similar software packages.

Experience coordinating meetings, teleconferences or conferences.

Experience creating and maintaining a tracking system.

Experience preparing documentation for a superior or director.
