Anticipatory staffing. A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience using 3 software or database operating systems, including Word, email management systems (e.g., Lotus, Outlook, etc.), Excel, PowerPoint or similar software packages.
Experience coordinating meetings, teleconferences or conferences.
Experience creating and maintaining a tracking system.
Experience preparing documentation for a superior or director.
