• Completion of a program at a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization related to the position, or acceptable combination of education, training and /or experience.
• Experience working effectively with First Nations, Inuit, or Métis.
• Experience consulting with clients and stakeholders to negotiate and arrange for program products or service.
• Experience in health or social case-management.
• Experience in the delivery of PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in the collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting of data.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license or personal mobility to a degree normally associated with the possession of a driver’s license.
• Willing and able to travel; this could include travel to remote locations and by small boats or small aircraft.
