The intent of this process is to staff one (1) indeterminate English essential position in Windsor, ON. A pool of qualified candidates may be established from this process which may be used to staff identical or similar positions within International Joint Commission in the Windsor, ON with various linguistic profiles and/or requirements, various security clearance levels as well as tenures (Term, Assignment, Secondment, Acting, Indeterminate, Deployment) according to the position being staffed.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in organizing meetings and conferences and preparing related material.
*Extensive experience in preparing travel arrangements and completing the necessary expense claims.
**Recent experience in providing various administrative support services.
Experience in conducting basic research and providing advice.
Experience with administrative procedures related to Finance or Human Resources.
*Extensive is defined by a minimum of one year experience.
**Recent experience is defined as having been acquired in the last two (2) years.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience using a Government of Canada travel system (eg. HRG – Shared Travel Services system).
Experience using a financial system to enter commitments, process payments, retrieve information or run reports.
Experience in receiving and providing general information to external clients or stakeholders.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness and ability to work overtime.
Reliability Status security clearance

In possession of a valid Canadian passport with no restriction travelling to the United States.
Candidates must meet the essential qualifications to be appointed to a position.
