Shared Services Canada (SSC) is changing the landscape of information technology for the Government of Canada. The immediate need is to fill 45 AS-01 positions within Voice Services Sector, Telecommunications Directorate of Shared Services Canada (SSC). A pool will be created to fill any future needs at the AS-01 level. This pool will also be used to staff additional positions within Voice Service Sector as well as similar positions in SSC with various linguistic profiles, security requirements throughout Canada.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in client service
Experience in processing, tracking or coordinating service requests
Experience using E-mail software such as Outlook, GroupWise, LotusNotes
Experience using Excel
Various language requirements
Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, English or French Essential, English Essentiel
