Intent of the process

The immediate need is to fill 45 AS-01 positions within Voice Services Sector, Telecommunications Directorate of Shared Services Canada (SSC). A pool will be created to fill any future needs at the AS-01 level. This pool will also be used to staff additional positions within Voice Service Sector as well as similar positions in SSC with various linguistic profiles, security requirements throughout Canada.

EDUCATION:

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in client service

Experience in processing, tracking or coordinating service requests

Experience using E-mail software such as Outlook, GroupWise, LotusNotes

Experience using Excel

Experience using Incident and Service management ticketing system such as ECD (Enterprise Control Desk)
