Supports the provision of grants and contribution program services. Provides instruction and guidance to clients, as a first point of contact, and to FedNor staff on the claims process, program requirements as related to claims.

The intent of this selection process is to staff a position on a determinate basis with a linguistic requirement a Bilingual imperative - BBB/BBB and a Reliability Security Clearance. A pool of qualified candidates will be created to staff similar English Essential or Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB positions within FedNor with various tenures such as indeterminate, deployment, acting, specified period, assignment, secondment.

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
EXPERIENCE
• Experience in providing guidance to clients and/or staff on, contracts/agreements and/or steps to follow in implementing contracts/procedures.
• Experience in reviewing and processing expense claims for payment in compliance with contracts and/or agreements in place.
• Experience working in an office environment.
EXPERIENCE

• Ability to plan workload to effectively respond to simultaneous and changing work demands in order to meet tight deadlines.

Periodic overtime and travel may be required.
Reliability Status security clearance
Applicants must complete the Public Service Entrance Exam: Test of Judgement Unsupervised Internet Test as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses the judgement required for solving problems in work-related situations. You will have 75 minutes to complete the test. You must complete the test before you submit your application for this position.

Interviews and exams will be conducted between February 12, 2018 and March 2, 2018. Please ensure you are available during this time.

An assignment, secondment, or acting appointment requires approval of your supervisor.
