You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Education:
• A secondary school diploma or employer approved alternative
• Post-secondary education or training in the field of conveyancing or real property law

Degree equivalency

Experience:
• Experience researching legal or real estate information
• Experience providing conveyancing and legal assistant support

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of real estate terminology
• Knowledge of Government of Canada Guide to the Management of Real Property

Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively orally

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance

• Willing and able to travel within the Province of BC via car, truck, helicopter, floatplane for periods of up to one week at a time.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license or the mobility associated with a driver’s license.
