EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma.
EXPERIENCES:
Experience in providing reception services by telephone, e-mail or in person.
Experience in conducting document and file searches for clients and ensuring follow-up.
Experience in the creation and control of documents both paper & electronic.
Experience in Records Management Operations and/or Mail & Courier Services Operations.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in working with Livelink Records Server and GCDOCS.
Experience in working with iRIMS.
Experience in working with an electronic document management system.
Experience in working with Hummingbird DM.
Experience in working with Canada Post Operations.
Experience in working with Purolator’s shipping & tracking system.
Experience in working with Quick Messenger Service shipping & tracking system.
Experience in working with an Electronic Telephone Directory.

KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the mandate and organizational structure of the Department.
Knowledge of file classification systems of Records / Information Management, and of procedures relating to file creation, retention, storage and access
Knowledge of the Access to Information and Privacy Acts and the Library and Archives of Canada Act.
Knowledge of word processing and electronic mail software.
Knowledge of mailroom procedures and electronic shipping tools operations.
ABILITIES:
Ability to analyze information requests from clients.
Ability to classify documents rapidly and accurately.
