Manager, IT Infrastructure
This position has overall responsibility for the provision of all IT infrastructure services and IT Security Coordination within FCAC and its backup site including installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and network equipment, Maintain and report to Treasury Board on MITS compliance. These responsibilities include:
• the management and oversight of IT infrastructure staff and consultants;
• the design, configuration control, life cycle management and continuous operation of FCAC’s infrastructure; and
• the establishment, promotion & management of the IT security program.
Manager, IT Development & Support
This role is primarily accountable to manage and evolve a current, secure and flexible information technology application and COTS environment required to maintain and advance FCAC’s strategic business priorities and objectives. These responsibilities include:
• the management and oversight of IT application development and support staff and consultants;
• the design, configuration control, life cycle management and continuous operation of FCAC’s application and COTS portfolio; and
• the security of FCAC’s application and COTS portfolio.
FCAC is a separate agency that offers the same pension and benefits plans as the core federal public service.
