Duties

The Securities Compliance Analyst (reporting to the Manager, Operations within the Property & Casualty Division) will participate in the management of the Securities Administration Unit, by coordinating all administrative functions of the Unit and provide guidance and expertise on vested financial instruments or related capital market transactions to Senior Supervisors of foreign financial institutions.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
● A university degree with specialization in commerce, accounting, business, finance, economics or other relevant field OR an acceptable combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Degree equivalency

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
● Recent and significant experience working in the financial services industry*.
● Recent and significant experience in performance reporting and/or data quality verification.
● Recent and significant experience performing business and/or financial analysis.

*Financial services industry experience is defined as experience working in a financial institution, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, wealth management firms, and accounting firms (dealing with audits), as well as government departments that directly deal with the supervision and regulation of these institutions.
