The intent of the process is to fill 2 indeterminate positions. A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level within Shared Services Canada.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
E1) Experience in researching, analyzing and reviewing information for the purpose of making disclosure recommendations.
E2) Experience working under either the federal Access to Information Act and Privacy Act (ATIP); the provincial or municipal Freedom of Information (FOI) Acts or the private sector Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)

ASSETS/EDUCATION:
EDA1) Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field relevant to the position, such as Business Administration and/or Law.
EDA2) Registration/completion of access to information and privacy courses from an accredited institution.
ASSETS/EXPERIENCE:
EA1) Experience working in a federal ATIP Office for at least 1 year
EA2) Experience in providing advice to departmental officials relating to the administration of the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act, and its related Regulations and Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) policies.
EA3) Experience in responding to complaints under investigation by the Office of the Information Commissioner or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
EA4) Experience in using ATIP-related software (e.g. Access Pro Case Management and Access Pro Redaction).
Secret security clearance
A written examination and an interview will be administered.
