This process will be used to staff a term position and a pool will be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures within PSPC with various language requirements and/or profiles.

Education :
A secondary school diploma or a recent* experience in an operational environment
NOTE:
* Recent experience is defined as experience acquired within the last two (2) years.
Experience :
*Recent and **significant experience managing people.
Experience in providing customer service including respond to client requests and ensure follow-up.
Experience writing reports, planning for achieving the objectives of production, and making recommendations to management.
Experience to provide strategic advice and guidance to managers, clients and service providers.
* Recent is defined as acquired within the last two (2) years.
** Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a minimum period of accumulative 24 months.
