Education:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

All Streams:
• Experience in research, collecting and analyzing information.

Stream 1 (Executive Assistant):
• Experience providing executive assistant support, including:
o Scheduling and coordinating meetings and taking minutes;
o Editing, drafting, and verifying correspondence or reports;
o Scheduling and organizing travel arrangements, including preparing and/or verifying travel claims.

Stream 2 (Human Resources):
o Experience in providing administrative Human Resource support services, such as staffing or resourcing, employee relations, pay compensation, or training administration.

Stream 3 (Finance):
o Experience in providing financial support services: such as budget management, contracting, procurement services, materiel management, or salary management.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Education:
• Successful completion of a vocational program, certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in office administration, business administration, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
1. Experience in supervision or in leading teams
2. Experience in managing an executive or professional office
3. Experience working with government of Canada systems such as SMIS, HRG, Abacus, GcDocs, EKME, PeopleSoft.
