There is currently one (1) indeterminate position to staff, bilingual imperative BBB/BBB. However, a pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions, within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) with various bilingual language requirements, security requirements and tenures (indeterminate or term).

Education:
A college diploma, a university degree OR a secondary school diploma combined with work experience related to the position.
Experience:
Experience in developing, monitoring and analyzing a supplier's* performance against performance targets set out in a Service Level Agreement or Service Standards
Experience researching issues, developing options, making recommendations to management and implementing solutions
Experience participating in work teams engaged in the development of change management plans and strategies
Experience interpreting and applying policies pertaining to a service delivery program
Significant** work experience in the travel industry
* Supplier is defined as a non-government organization (NGO)
**Significant is defined as having performed the functions over a period of three (3) or more years.

Education:
Post-secondary education in the field of travel.
Experience:
Experience negotiating complex agreements with a variety of travel industry suppliers.
Experience extracting reports from travel industry systems, such as Sabre, Amex@Work, Apollo, Concur, Fraedom etc.
Experience in working with Expense Management Tools
Experience conducting an audit, evaluation or assessment of a program or service and making recommendations
Operational Requirement:
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
Reliability Status security clearance
