Intent of the process

A partially and/or fully assessed pool of candidates resulting from this process may be established and used to staff similar bilingual positions with various language requirements, various security profile requirements and various tenures within Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) across Canada.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

EX1- Experience in providing administrative support services* in a management office environment.
EX2- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

* Administrative support services may include tasks such as managing the daily schedule of another person, planning or coordinating meetings, preparing or coordinating incoming or outgoing correspondence, electronic and paper record systems, drafting minutes, etc.

AE1- Experience in researching, analyzing and synthesizing information.

AE5- Experience in providing budget and financial support services.
AE6- Experience in providing human resources services.
AE7- Experience working within the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada-Labour Program.
