In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Graduation with a master's degree from a recognized university with specialization in clinical adult psychology, forensic psychology or in another psychological speciality relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

Occupational Certification: Registration for autonomous practice of psychology by a province or territorial registering/licensing body in Canada.

Experience in the provision of psychological services such as personality assessments, differential diagnosis or other psychological services, with adults.

Experience in liaising with external mental health providers and specialists.

Experience in working in a multidisciplinary team approach in an occupational health context.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Graduation with a PhD degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in clinical adult psychology, forensic or psychological services.

Degree equivalency

Experience in forensic psychology

Experience in working with policing or paramilitary agencies

Experience administering the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2)

Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain an RCMP security clearance throughout their employment. Depending on the position requirements, the security clearance requirement will be at one of the following RCMP levels: Reliability Status, Secret or Top Secret

You may be assessed using one or more of the following tools: standardized tests, written exams, interview, simulation exercise, reference check, and other assessment tools.
