Duties

As a Project Officer, you will:

Support the establishment and implementation of best in class project management services, products and tools.

Support project planning and delivery by participating at project meetings and developing/reviewing project documentation.

Perform data analysis, provide recommendations and develop reports to support senior management decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to provide partners with a high client experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The ability to analyze information and make recommendations.

Strong written communication skills including the ability to communicate recommendations in a clear and concise manner, and the use of proper sentence structure, spelling and grammar.

Excellent oral communication skills including the ability to clearly express information and ideas.

Judgement, client service orientation, initiative, attention to detail and dependability.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE AS-04, YOU MUST ALSO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of project management principles.

The ability to negotiate with clients.

The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Certificate, or diploma, or degree in Project Management

Degree equivalency

Experience with MyEMS (SAP) software

Experience with Project Server
