You must submit a complete application, consisting of screening questions which clearly demonstrate how you meet the screening criteria (education and experience) and a résumé. The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the résumé will only be used to substantiate the information provided.
In your response to the screening questions, please provide concrete examples and the following MANDATORY information:
1. Name of the department or organization where the experience was acquired ;
2. Title of the position occupied and duration for which you exercised the functions;
3. Specific details of tasks, projects, or accomplishments demonstrating how the experience was acquired.

The immediate need is to staff an indeterminate position with a linguistic profile of bilingual imperative BBB/BBB. A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established from this process which may be used to staff similar positions within the Department of Justice with various tenures (such as: Acting, Assignment, Casual, Deployment, Indeterminate, Secondment, Specified period) and with various language requirements (English Essential, French Essential, English or French essential, bilingual imperative of various levels) and various conditions of employment, which may vary according to the position to be staffed.

EDUCATION
ED1 - A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Experience in providing administrative support services which may include but is not limited to: planning meetings, organizing the agenda of a senior manager (Director or equivalent and above), screening and redirecting correspondence, electronic mail and/or telephone inquiries.
EX2 - Experience in providing client service.
EX3 - Experience in maintaining an electronic and/or paper filing system.
EX4 - Experience in using a personal computer and using software applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
AED1 - A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the position to be staffed.
EXPERIENCE
AEX1 - Experience in planning meetings, organizing the agenda of a senior manager (Director or equivalent and above), screening and redirecting correspondence, electronic mail and telephone inquiries.
AEX2 - Experience in taking notes or in preparing minutes.
AEX3 - Experience in using tracking systems such as CCM Mercury or equivalent.
AEX4 - Experience in coordinating ATIP requests.
AEX5 - Experience providing administrative services in a human resources unit.
AEX6 - Experience in the operation of a financial system (i.e. IFMS or other: funds commitment and coding of invoices).
