ANTICIPATORY: A pool of qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff similar positions with various language requirements (English Essential, French essential or Bilingual) and profiles (BBB/BBB and CBC/CBC), security requirements and/or tenures (indeterminate, specified period, assignment/secondment, acting appointment and extension of acting appointment), within Environment and Climate Change Canada in the National Capital Region.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution OR a successful completion of an acceptable post-secondary educational program and an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the position being staffed.
Definitions:
1). Degree: A baccalaureate as established by educational authorities.
2). Recognized post-secondary institution: A public or private institution that has been given authority to grant degrees, diplomas, and other credentials by a public or private act of a provincial/territorial legislature or through a government-mandated quality assurance mechanism. For greater certainty, also included are institutions authorized to grant specific academic credentials for specific academic programs.
* It is the responsibility of the candidate who does not possess a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution to explain how his/her individual combination of education, training and/or experience is equivalent to a university degree.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in delivering client services.
Experience tracking and processing requests, applications, or submissions.
Experience in maintaining business procedures.
Experience preparing and updating documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
Experience providing advice to industry or the public.
Experience participating in consultation, collaboration or relationship-building inter-organizationally (e.g. government, corporation, non-governmental organization, or international).
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team of scientific and technical specialists.
Experience working with documents using legal or scientific terminology.
Experience in document management (scanning, filing, distribution, archiving, storage, etc.).
Experience in training or developing training materials.
Experience coordinating and participating in quality assurance and quality control of software or data reports.
Experience using JIRA case management software (version 5.0 or above).
Experience with Nuxeo document management software (version 5.5 or newer).
Experience in preparing web pages and documents for web publication using Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience in administration or configuration of Jira case management software (version 6.0 or above).
