This process will be used to staff a term position and a pool may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures within PSPC such as indeterminate, specified period, acting, and assignment/secondment)

Education:
• Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
• Experience maintaining grounds.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
Knowledge:
Watershed knowledge

Operational Requirement:
• Driver’s license, or the mobility usually associated with a driver’s license
• Willingness and ability to perform desk/computer work for approximately 40% of the working day

• Must work at excessive heights above water, in high risk conditions, and in inclement weather. Including physical functions such as on feet for long periods of time, up and down ladders, lifting 50 lbs and bending repeatedly.

• A written exam will be administered.
• Candidates must obtain the required pass mark for each qualification in order to be given further consideration in the selection process.
