Successful completion of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives.
Experience in managing a senior manager’s agenda.
Experience in coordination and distribution of briefing materials.
Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and preparing travel claims.
Experience in using automated office systems such as Microsoft Word or WordPerfect, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
Experience in providing administrative support at a distance to regional clients.
Experience in working with SAP software, specifically related to procurement, budgeting and finance.
Experience using HRG software for travel coordination related duties.
Experience coordinating activities and maintaining records related to material management as well as health, safety, security, environment, and property management.
Experience coordinating activities and maintaining records related to site safety, real estate and vehicle management.
