Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis, with a linguistic profile of Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB. A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various language and/or various tenures requirements within CFHA Petawawa, ON.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with an acceptable specialization relevant to the position OR
a diploma or certificate from an acceptable post-secondary educational program in finance, business administration, accounting or property management or some other specialty relevant to the position OR
a combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

1. Recent* and Significant** experience in managing human resources including supervision of a team.
2. Experience in managing large and/or complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
3. Significant** experience managing budgets, including forecasting, monitoring and analyzing resource allocations and expenditures.
4. Recent* and Significant** experience providing advice, options and recommendations to management and stakeholders on operational issues in support of business objectives pertaining to one of the following: asset management, project delivery, procurement OR client service delivery.

Definitions:
Recent *experience is defined as experience gained within the past five (5) years.
Significant** experience is defined as experience exercising direct responsibility associated with having performed a broad range of complex and diverse activities normally acquired over a period of over two (2) years.

Degree equivalency

1. Experience preparing and implementing asset management plans related to property management.
2. Experience managing a team delivering maintenance and customer service within a property management context.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Willing and able to travel occasionally.
2. There is a requirement to limit vacation between the months of May and September.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Reliability or secret security clearance depending on the requirements of the position to be staffed.
