EXPERIENCE
AEX1. Experience providing administrative support to multiple managers simultaneously.
AEX2. Experience in records management.
AEX3. Experience forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on budgets.
AEX4. Experience managing calendars and tasks as well as coordinating logistics for meetings, seminars, conferences or workshops.
AEX5. Experience using records information systems such as Records, Documents and Information Management System (RDIMS).
AEX6. Experience providing administrative support services in a Legal services environment.
AEX7. Experience coordinating requests for administrative services, including liaison with service providers.
