E4. Experience in applying administrative policies, procedures or directives.

E5. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications including all of the following; Outlook, Word and Excel.

AEX1. Experience providing administrative support to multiple managers simultaneously.

AEX2. Experience in records management.

AEX3. Experience forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on budgets.

AEX4. Experience managing calendars and tasks as well as coordinating logistics for meetings, seminars, conferences or workshops.

AEX5. Experience using records information systems such as Records, Documents and Information Management System (RDIMS).

AEX6. Experience providing administrative support services in a Legal services environment.

AEX7. Experience coordinating requests for administrative services, including liaison with service providers.
