The immediate intent of this process is staff a permanent position in Sudbury. Candidates applying to this process should be willing to accept a position in Sudbury.
A pool of partially assessed candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar term and/or permanent positions (North Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay) with various security requirements such as reliability or Secret.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of secondary school and/or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing administrative support in a senior management office setting, including correspondence, reports and follow-up processes.
Experience in scheduling or organizing meetings, or assembling background material.
Experience creating and working with spreadsheets and databases, E-mail and electronic agenda, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
ABILITIES:

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in the delivery of the following financial services: pre and post verification/quality assurance, review and process claims, payments and receivables, reconcile financial systems outputs, and ensure the data integrity of financial data.
• Experience in organizing, maintaining and analysing information and financial data in various databases and/or systems.
