Intent of the process

The current need is for a junior program officer position for 12-18 months with a possible extension. A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates will be established to staff similar or identical positions at Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada and possibly other Federal Departments and Agencies in the North, with various linguistic profiles and/or requirement as well as tenures (term or indeterminate) and/or the security clearance (reliability or secret), which may vary according to the position being staffed.
