In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:

CR 03/04
Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

CR 03
Experience providing general clerical support services including but not limited to formatting documents, photocopying, filing, data entry or processing mail.

CR 04
Recent* experience providing clerical administrative support in one (1) or more of the following (as applicable to the position being staffed):
• Finance or Accounting such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, or reconciliations;
• Human Resources;
• Records Management
• Purchasing/procurement
• Inventory management
• Client Service.
* Recent is defined as experience obtained in the last three (3) years.

CR 03/04
Recent* experience using Microsoft Office software such as MS Word or MS Excel.

Abilities:
