A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada with various tenures. The pool can be used to staff positions with various bilingual linguistic profiles and security requirements. This pool can be used to staff position in the National Capital Region. Should the selected candidate already be a public servant, the pool could also be used for acting appointments.

Education :
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience :
1) Experience in providing client service by telephone or in person.
2) Experience in the use of the following Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and Outlook.
3) Experience in providing administrative support services*.
*Administrative support services is defined as, but not limited to:
- managing agendas
- scheduling and organizing meetings, teleconferences or appointments
- coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence
- maintaining a hard copy and electronic filing system
- other related duties

Asset Qualifications :
Experience analyzing and processing personal security documents.
Experience in using a training software.
Experience coordinating and/or providing logistical support for training sessions.
Experience in using an information management software such as GCDocs.
Reliability Status security clearance

A written examination may be administered.
